How to turn scattered company docs into a training video in minutes

A step-by-step walkthrough for L&D teams: capture existing docs, ask in one sentence, get a finished training video grounded in your sources.

Most training projects stall in the same place: gathering the source material. The policy PDF lives in one drive, the product deck in another, the SOP in someone's inbox. This guide shows how to skip the re-upload cycle and go from scattered documents to a finished training video in a handful of steps.

Step 1 — Capture what you already have

Point SNAP at the sources you already own: PDFs, slide decks, internal wiki pages, screenshots of dashboards, even voice notes from a subject-matter expert. Each capture lands in your enterprise knowledge graph, extracted and linked to related material.

Step 2 — Let the graph do the linking

You don't tag, chunk, or organize. The graph reads the captures, extracts entities and topics, and links them to what's already indexed. A new HR policy attaches itself to the onboarding cluster; a product release note lines up next to the sales enablement material. Read how captures become linked memory for the mechanics.

Step 3 — Ask for the video in one sentence

Write what you want in plain English: "Build a 4-minute onboarding video for new customer support reps covering our refund policy and escalation path." SNAP pulls the relevant nodes from the graph, Plot narrates and renders, and the finished video comes back cited to your sources.

Step 4 — Review, then ship

Check the citations, tweak the sentence if you want a different emphasis, and publish the video standalone or drop it into your LMS. For a fuller walkthrough, see building a role-specific onboarding video from a single prompt.

The work that used to take weeks of scripting, storyboarding, and re-recording collapses into the time it takes to write one clear request.
